Addison's one week photos
Addison's friend Isla came to visit us one day :)
The past ten days have run together. I'm pretty sure I haven't really slept since I went into labor. Addison is a big night owl and loves to constantly nurse. Finding time for anything right now is nearly impossible! I love her to pieces but I'm hoping that it DOES get better like everyone says.
I am just about finished her birth story! That's next.

Gorgeoussss photos! What a stunning little girl& I love her name :)
Having never had a baby, I have no idea if it gets better but my fingers are crossed for you!
Absolutely beautiful photos of your little angel!
I hope it gets better for you, I always hear people saying to sleep when the baby sleeps...Hope you're able to catch up soon!
Oh my!! She is so precious! Love these.
AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!! she is gorgeous just like her momma!!! Congratulations I am over the moon excited for you! Enjoy her! HUGS
HOW STINKING ADORABLE!
So precious! :)
Oh she's so cute!! And yes, I remember those first few weeks (months) very well. It's tough running on very little sleep, but yes- it does get better. Most babies tend to start sleeping longer stretches (4-6 hours) around 6 weeks. Hang in there!!
Precious!! It DOES get better...I think about after two or two and a half weeks my little Addison (who is now 9 1/2 months!) got to a better routine. Lean on your hubs and fam as much as you need to. I know how hard it is to let people be helpful.
She's beautiful! Those first few weeks can be really rough. Hubby and I split up the nighttime and did it in shifts once we could swing it with her feedings, and that helped a LOT. I agree with everyone who says that things really change around 6 weeks. I know it feels like 6 weeks will never.get.here. but they will. Hang in there. And, I hope someone has told you this - do NOT worry about establishing good sleep habits now. It makes NO difference until they're about four months or so. Seriously. Do whatever, whenever, however, you can to get you both to sleep as much as possible. I was all concerned about "laying her down drowsy but awake" and stuff like that - TOTALLY DOES NOT MATTER when they're this young.
Anyways, looking forward to the birth story. Hope you can get some shut-eye soon!
She is just precious!!! Thinking of you over next few weeks xx
Like I said, she's gorgeous! A tiny angel :)
I can't wait to hear your birth story - I'm 36 weeks and getting close - it's always nice to hear from mom's who have just been through it.
Good luck with everything!
I am sooo excited for you!! She is beautiful! Oh I can't wait to hear(read) all about everything!!! :)
